Welcome to The Lodge Provision
At The Lodge Provision, we offer bespoke Alternative Provision, School Group Bookings, and Social Day Care for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Founded by Kelly Butler, The Lodge Provision was created with a clear vision: to offer meaningful, accessible education and support to children and young people who may not thrive in traditional settings.
We’re proud to be based in the beautiful countryside of Stockbury, Kent, offering a peaceful, natural setting where young people can feel safe, valued, and ready to grow.
With over 14 years of experience working in special educational needs (SEND) school, Kelly saw first-hand the incredible potential in every young person — and also the challenges many families face when trying to access the right support.
After successfully setting up an outdoor provision within an independent school in Kent, it became clear that too many children were still without access to appropriate education, often due to complex systems, lengthy processes, and gaps in local provision.
The Lodge was established to change that.
Our aim is simple: to meet children where they are, providing tailored, outdoor-based learning that supports emotional wellbeing, life skills, and personal development in a calm, nurturing environment.
